Translated from French, "CHENE" means oak, a symbol of endurance, longevity, and nobility,
which has characterized our family business for over 25 years.

When I joined the company, I initially worked in the workshop to gain an inside understanding of all the nuances of board manufacturing. We produced a very high-quality product, but only for export; no one in our market knew the manufacturer "SHEN," so I decided to promote our brand in Ukraine, and eventually we opened 10 representative offices: in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Dnipro, Kramatorsk, Khust, and Ternopil, and doubled our sales volume.

The SHEN company has been actively developing on the Ukrainian market since 2000. We are manufacturers of eco-friendly flooring: parquet, engineered and solid parquet boards, modular parquet, as well as natural wood steps.

We focus on the individual production of each order and the implementation of any design solutions.
UV varnish coating. In Ukraine, there are only 3–4 manufacturers that have the equipment to use this technology. UV varnish is the most wear-resistant of all floor coverings.
Use of a two-component polyester filler to ensure the durability of your board in sorting with knots.
Top layer – 4 mm lamella, which allows the engineered board to be restored 3–4 times.
Stabilization layer made of plywood + compensation slots, which provides even greater stability compared to three-layer parquet boards.
Approximately 4,000 standard flooring options are available.

ACTIVITIES ON THE DOMESTIC MARKET

Our company and showroom with all samples are located in Kivertsi, Volyn region. We also have 12 stores across Ukraine and 3 representative offices abroad (in Azerbaijan, the Netherlands, and Latvia).

PRODUCTION CAPACITIES

The total production area is 2,500 m², where professional equipment for processing natural wood is installed, ensuring the manufacture of only high-quality flooring.
We can produce boards up to 40 cm wide and 2.5 m long.
The production capacity of the enterprise is 90,000 m²/year, which includes not only orders from the Ukrainian market, but also export orders.

EXPORT ACTIVITIES

Today, we successfully export our boards to countries such as Poland, Great Britain, Italy, Kuwait, the Netherlands, Turkey, Denmark, Azerbaijan, Latvia, and Canada.

2000

The birth of the SHEN brand.
Manufacture of exclusively artistic and solid parquet flooring for export to France.

2006

Purchase of Austrian equipment for processing round timber into finished lamellas.

2018

Opening of the first SHEN representative office in Kyiv.
Purchase of new Italian equipment that allows applying 9 layers of UV varnish to the floor covering for even greater protection of your floor!
Today, UV coating ranks first in terms of wear resistance on the market.

2019–2021

COVID-19. Global crisis.
Opening of new SHEN stores in various parts of Ukraine: Lviv, Odessa, Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Dnipro, Kramatorsk, Khust, Ternopil.

2022

WAR. THE BEGINNING OF THE FULL-SCALE RUSSIAN INVASION. Closure of representative offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kramatorsk.

2023

Increased investment support for Ukraine's economy, purchase of equipment to increase production capacity – a new Italian 2-sided tenoning machine, which allows you to make French Christmas trees at any angle with tolerances of 0.015°, performing the following operations in a single pass: angle cutting, profiling, chamfering. All processes are fully automated: to start, you only need to enter the dimensions of the board and the cutting angle.

2023

Opening of official representative offices of SHEN in Kyiv, Lviv, and Uzhhorod.

2024

Installation of solar equipment to save electricity.
Opening of the SHEN representative office in Vinnytsia.

2025

Opening of a brand store in Lutsk

We have successfully opened our brand store in Lutsk, strengthening the brand's position in the market and improving customer engagement.

Installation of modern ventilation systems

To improve air quality and create a safe and productive working environment, we have equipped our production facilities with the latest extraction and ventilation systems.

Introduction of Lean Manufacturing principles

We have implemented Lean approaches aimed at improving efficiency, optimizing processes, and reducing waste. This has significantly improved productivity and reduced costs.
