French herringbone (Chevron) – is a parquet laying method where parquet board planks of the same length are laid to each other at angles of 35, 45 and 60 degrees. Parquet laying with a French herringbone pattern originates in France in the seventeenth century, where it is still widely represented in the palaces of nobles and kings. This laying method helps significantly expand the space of your room.
